Returns policy

You can change or return your product in our stores by phone!

Changes and returns are made only after telephone consultation.
Changes and returns of products can only be made with Speedex.
Within Greece, the change cost is 4€.
Changes are made to products with their label, in their original packaging and after telephone consultation.
Changes are made within 14 days from the day of the receipt. Within this period we must have received the returned product.
The change must be accompanied by a copy of the Retail Sales Receipt.

In order to reserve/retain the product with which you wish to change, you must place a new order following the same procedure of a normal cash on delivery order, but in order to deduct the amount/balance resulting from your returned items, you must enter in the field ”Order Comments” note the word ”Change”‘. The final amount with the credit will not automatically appear at the time you execute your order, but will be deducted by us after your return has been processed.
